Welcome Chad Evans to WLFI

As an Indiana State alum who recently made the transition from Terre Haute to Lafayette I have to say Chad has made the right choice in his move to WLFI. Terre Haute was a fun, nice, and entertaining city but when you come to Lafayette it just feels like home.

just wanted to say good luck mike and we def. gonna miss you. and good luck to chad. cant wait to c you on the tv... :)

It's a good move for Chad, to get away from all the one sided reporters at wthi. Morons.

I like you when you were on back down where I grew up, you were on one of the few channels we got way out in Warrick county. I think you'll like it here, dare I say the weather is a LITTLE less crazy....most of the time anyway, I've had a few weird winters in my three years here. I say run for the hills man,get ont while you can! lafayette is a boring town that is full of drug dealers and alcoholics! you wont miss it mike! Chad study the area and make sure you know what your getting yourself into please!

i really enjoy wlfi , all of ur reporters do a fantastic job at what they do. they are also bright, and cherry people. i can say u have two people who could smile more, but that is me.
i hope mr evans sits up at the news anchor table like mike did. mike always gave that little extra .
mr. evans welcome to the community, i live on monon, but i still count on channel 18 for my weather and news and my evening shows.

the lafayette and surronding areas are a good place to live. u will have drug problems and other problems where ever u live

Welcome Chad to Tippecanoe County. I hope you don't follow in the same footsteps as the guy you are replacing. The inaccuracies and drama were a little much overboard and at times disgusting. There are a lot of great people here and they love to be provided with a great service and in return they will be loyal.
