I've been researching a story that I remember as a child. I remember a "man" who was very large, with a very large head. He was child like, I suppose he was mentally challenged, and his head was very large. My father said that this guy had two brains and that after the guy died, his body would go to science for study. Dad was always watching the guy when he would play with us because the guy didn't know he wasn't three years old and Dad didn't want him to hurt us. Sally, the man's name was Jake. I can't remember his last name. I lived in Abernathy until 1984. I know that there was a Jake Hickinbotham there. I think that was a different man however. If I remeber right Jake Hickinbotham ran a gas station and had a hair lip.
