so now they are trying to discredit their own family members sworn police statements? police report states this was the 1st time they took the kids to this new campground, which means she usually didn't drive, probably her and danny drove and she could stay wasted the whole time. she went over the tappan zee bridge instead of the throgs neck, she had no idea where she was or what she was doing. he had to know, and lied straightfaced to the world on tv more than once.

here's what happened, police report says they went to bed at 11:30? She couldn't sleep stayed up all night drinking and smoking, was still high in the mornign, then went to mcdonalds with 5 kids, probably ate and got sick, looking for tylenol for bad hangover,(but i thought she didn't beleive in medicine?) then drove, kept getting sick and trying to self medicate with more vodka and some more pot. tragic ending to a pathetic story.

Not a lot adds up here. The police report says her brother said this was the 1st year they went to this particular campground, that they previously went camping in the Aidirondacks. SO how does the campground owner say they have known them for years? Here's what i think happened, they went to bed at 11:30, she got up due to documented insomnia, drank and smoked herself back to sleep. He wakes up at 5 am and goes fishing alone, she is left hungover, still wasted having to get the kids packed and in the car herself, she is pissed, probably has a quick belt and toke before the kids get up, then they leave, maybe have a fight on the road as he doesn't even stop for breakfast with them. She is still hungover/wasted, stops looking for tylenol for headache, can't find it so smokes and drinks more on the road and that leads to the ending we all know.

All possible scenerios. Now witnesses have stated that she was spotted at least twice puking on the side of the road. I just don't understand how she made this call for help saying she couldn't see, etc. she's told to stay put, yet she goes on anyway? Why would you still drive if you can't see? I don't get it.WHy was her cell phone thrown out too? SO strange.

The story says the Schuler investigator hasn't seen the police report? What kind of investigator does not obtain copies of official police reports, this one was filed on July 31, over 3 months ago??? Also, if the sister in law says she smokes and drinks doesn't the investigator talk to family??? Who are the 50 people he interviewed? Complete strangers? Now they try to discount the sworn police statements of their own family? This is the most sickening display of self-serving BS i have ever heard of in my life.

This would never happen if they would install those strips they have at car rental places. If you drive the wrong way up a ramp fitted with those things, you'll get a flat tire, instead of killing innocent people.
