Who is the REAL trespasser? In yesterday's mail I received the following quote from 116 U.S. 616, 627 (1886). Boyd v. United States: "it is now incumbent upon" the accuser "to show the law by which this seizure" by the Feds "is warranted." They have no lawful back-up papers. On June 14, 1883 our State Legislature gave them a "conditional" consent. The "Consent" word is in 1-8-17 U.S. Constitution, and our terms spelled out in N.H. R.S.A. Ch. 123:1: file your papers with our Office of Secretary of State BEFORE you operate here! Did they? No! Instead they substitute brute force as by the "militate" word for THE evidence being in the Certificate of Non Filing. Outlaws! I've asked Federal Rep. Carol Shea Porter for any RECEIPT that can be found at the Federal Archives down on Trapello Road in Waltham, MAss. but she has failed to find any in case of us having lost the filing or had it stolen. So WHO to file?: The G.S.A./ General Services Administration. WHY haven't they? Mrs. Tarlton in Boston cites: "post nine- eleven". Hasn't she heard of the request for sealed blueprints? Thus withOUT the law to back up the seizure, there is NO trespass against the federal government. Case: dismissed!

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Sagittarius

All communications go wonderfully well today. You manage to say the right thing to the right person at the right time, and to keep off any topics that have the potential to cause upset or embarrassment. Brilliant! If you're going to a social event you'll be one of the stars of the show and might even carry home the phone number of someone who'd like to see you again.
