My question is, can they really harm your credit rating? We have worked very hard all of lives and have a perfect credit score. The thought that a bunch of scum like this could so easily ruin a lifetime of careful money management absolutely makes my blood boil.
I would like to know how some of these cases have turned out and exactly what they have done to stop these criminals.

I wrote on their bill that I did not order the subscription the first time that they sent me a bill. The next time I heard from them was to request payment again and this time to offer me a longer subscription at a reduced price. I wrote them telling them "no thank you" and that I did not request the first subscription. I also asked that they stop billing me. Now I have this thing from North Shore Agency. I have called Sherman's Travel and told them again that I did not order a subscription and to call off this "Agency". Their representative apologized for the mix up and, after requesting information from the agency's letter, assured me that it would be taken care of. We'll see...
