El Dorado County Supervisor Arrested on DUI Charge

Helen Baumann was caught be Sacramento Rep. Party Member lying about a local constituant and defaming him. She thought it was a private message. I bet that is why she dropped out of the assembly race. I was shouting from the roof tops she is corrupt. Hey check out the 3 13 and other major tv web sites. Her story is being removed from them. I noticed that the major media really covers up for their homies.

If you read the actual story as reported in our local paper, you would understand that she was verbally placed under arrest, became ill and was then transported to Folsom Mercy Hospital, where afterwards, she was allowed to go home to her nice comfortable home and sleep in her nice comfortable bed. She did not spend the night in jail as you and I would do. I have seen her at charitable functions in EDC complain about having to be there in the first place. She also threw a monkey wrench into a friend of mine's lot split because she was concerned about the migratory pattern of a herd of deer that didn't have a migratory pattern anywhere close to where the split was taking place. I find her completely incompetent and a whiner. But she's not much different than most of the others. They are called "Stupidvisors" by a lot long time residents of this county. I urge everyone to watch her case and would vote in a hearbeat to have her removed from office.

If you really think they let Assembly Woman Migden "off the hook" then you probably don't know how the law works or her personality. That would explain her driving. How many first time DUI offenders receive jail time? Almost none. But, you know what? Let's just blame the CHP because you don't know what your talking about. It's easier that way.
