For Sale: Placerville's Old City Hall

I would consider buy this building. I would like to make it into a hip hop/ rock club. I feel this would liven up the city and bring revenue to surrounding bussinesses. I shall bring this up for consideration I my next organization meet. Good day. See you in Playersville!!!( I will of course name the club that.)

With such a business plan, I would suggest that you NOT apply for a liquor license. Thus, you could cater to the 'swingin' crowd without a lot of the additional headaches of having to card everyone who comes in.

Just drop a nuke on it and build another Wal-mart in it's place.Rock on!!!!

Why the city built a new building and just didn't renovate the old City Hall is beyond me. Oh yeah, public sector, it wasn't their money, let's just build something new and worry about the old City Hall later.

How about a really good adult book store ? We need some spice in Mayberry.

Firstly, the Cosmic Cafe is for sale, it would more than suitable for a hippy-hoppy-hip-joint.

Secondly, you would most likely be harassed by the establishment because hippy-hoppy brings undesirable elements to an undesirable element, That is unless you are a party of the second aforementioned undesirable element.

In other words, don't do it.

Please dont..placerville doesnt need anything related to hip hop. Buy a building in oak park.

The Cosmic Cafe is already a part hip hop, part hippy dippy pot head establishment.All the low lives in town congregate there with regularity.Why not drop a nuke on that joint?
