Nice, another tax aimed at hard working middle class people. Let's give the welfare people some of the revenue from this socialist tax, I mean really, their sitting on their asses all day, they deserve it!
Let's say your the owner of a small trucking company, you have ten trucks. They each drive 2000 miles a week 52 weeks per year. That's another 10000+ in taxes every year at 1 cent per mile. Bet that cost gets passed on to the drivers also. Can't blame the owner.
The 'reps' of the people keep putting more and more burden on the little guy, while giving our paychecks to those who provide society with nothing.

Most of them are so out of touch with what's really going on, they don't know any better. Liberalism is a mental problem.

That mileage tax is stupid - but so are the massive subsidies to drivers making it way cheaper to drive around than it should be - get the government out of both sides.
