Where can I buy Clove Cigarettes (Kretek)?

Now that the Clove cigarettes are banned, US stores are now selling the DJarum (clove) cigars that are similar but not quite the same to the cigarettes. My question is can you buy the "cigars" from the stores, then somehow unwrap the cigars and re-wrap them with cigarette papers?? Frmo what I've read, it seems the tobacco in the the cigars is the same, just the wrapping is different to make it a "cigar". If I unwrap the cigar, it seems like I could re-wrap with a cigarette paper.

Guys... me I buy them online at bandungstore.com . It's a lady that own the store... she is sooo nice!
