If you have a savings account with Pittsburgh National Bank, and your savings account has less than $400.00 in it, your account will be hit with a $4 per month surcharge. This action means the bank will take out $48 per year out of your account in that situation. Many people who have savings accounts are unaware of a high surcharge rate. And many people with savings accounts oftentimes think their money is slowly drawing interest; some people don't even check on their savings accounts of a few hundred dollars, until years later.
