May 09--At one time the late Don Barden viewed the Pittsburgh casino as his legacy, the flagship of his gambling empire.
Barden's involvement in the Pittsburgh casino, given his history, was problematic from the start, but Schulman, given his comments at the assessment hearing, doesn't inspire any great confidence either.
