Teen pregnancy rates are up in Kansas

I believe the Hispanic community has the greatist percentage of teen pregnance; these more than likely are not citizens.

My suggestion is to identify these immigrants and make it imperitive that they become citizens here before our government agencies pay for services.

The local churches are based on non profit concepts that have charitable gifts that could cover these situations to some degree.

Our tax dollar spending right now is under scrutiny, so I think this is one area where we can make a difference.

Our country is great because it helps the poor, but this has been traditionally by the church, not government.

The more the tax payer pays for abortions and supporting illegal immigrants the more we strain for survival.

The monies that are sent freely to churh organizations and distributed to the poor should be where you see our Country continue to be great.
