Everyone should respect the police. People should act more responsibly and stay off pills. You may find you don't need to chase the police down all day instead of going to work at a JOB!

Maybe if they would allow citizens to fill out their own police reports they would probably get info right on the reports. Used to be people would see police and know they were being protected and represented. Now they are campaigning to keep those in office that keep their jobs

I wish him the best. There's several good deputies. As in every organization though, you're always going to have "that 10%" with the pompous attitude and napolian complex. They will normally fall on their own sword in due time though. But, all in all, there's allot of hard working deputies. It'd be wonderful if there were the means to better equip them with more training and education on social skills, defining & demonstrating personality vs ego, and team building; to include more public involvement. I think that may raise awareness on both ends of the spectrum. Public would see where they're coming from & what they deal with often, and the officers would re-connect with the people they're sworn to protect vice straight up stereotype and judge.. If that makes any sense, probably not.ha.. Beckley PD had great success with their program though.
