IDK Pineville, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 May 17, 2012 There have been so many cut backs and layoffs at different mining operations since Jan, power plants using natural gas rather than coal because it's cheaper right now, politics, and many other issues that I find it hard to find work as a black hat with limited experience. I wouldn't think now would be a good time to be looking by anyone with less than 3-5 years experience right now; and even some of them are laid off.
