The Pineville store started out great, with the normal new place issues. Nothing starts out with great service and no issues. Last time I was there, the order was wrong, the service was horrible (ordered two meals got one), and the food was worse than the service.

I notice the service is very slow now, some people even get out of the drive through line and leave.But the workers are very nice

Why do you all have to always to junk? You should be happy there is more than 2 places to eat here in Pineville now!! You dont like it dont eat there Enough said. Im not a fan of there food either but im happy Tudors is here! Gezz get a life people

For the most part I think people are happy that there is more than Foxes and DQ in town. The problem lies with the fact that the when it first opened it was a top notch store, now its lousy. For that reason I do not stop there.

It is not just Biscuit World either, Arby's, Little General, and the rest are following suit. Sorry, I am just used to professional service, and getting what I pay for. If that rubs you wrong so be it, but I think that most people will agree, when I spend my hard earned money, I want something of value for it, even if it is a meal from a fast food restaurant.

As for taking it up with the store manager, I have, and her general philosophy was the same as yours, go somewhere else to eat. If enough people do, someone will be on the axe, and only then will things improve.

Their breakfast is still tons better than the Whistle Stop Cafe.

Why run them down? That answer is simple, if you can call calling a group out on the rug for their actions/inactions, I want the quality of service to improve. If they do not improve it is inevitable that the store will close, as more people will elect to act as I do, and not use their services.

I was beyond happy to have something more than Subway, Foxes, and the Executive Lounge in town. With the addition of Ole Jose, Tudor's, and Arbys, we are finally getting some nice things in this little burg of ours. My opinion is not so much a shot at Tudors, as it is the employees who simply do not care enough to do right by the customers. In the case of retail work, a job is not a job, you are providing a service, and no matter how tired, or disgusted you are with the environment you find yourself in, there is a set standard, and they have not met it.

I was thinking that maybe someone important may take notice of the complaints and do better. I have so happy there are more than two place to eat all im saying is I love the food thats why I eat there but dislike using a gallon of gas waiting in a line with only about 2 one or two cars in front of me. All I can come up with is where business in slow they cook it as you order but in the beginning they may have prepared alot of the food because they knew they would sell all they made because of so many customers at one time.

You just can't satisfy people anymore. Here we get a new place to eat, a place to get gas and all some people want to do is complain, complain!!! Get a life.
