What happened in court on July 16, cannot locate anything about this anywhere.

Samantha was held over to Trial by Jury, on August 2nd. I'm not sure of the time.

They changed to november 30th

bank account depleated, parents cleaned out the house while Joe layed in the hospital--took his cell phone, his computer, ring that his granddad gave him on his dying bed, everything worth anything they took. Left Joe with a $220,000. hospital bill, a pickup repossed while he was hospitalized, and now no job.

I wish the meda would report more on this.

As far as I know she is still in jail. But Even being family of Joe I haven't heard much about Sam. She better stay there dlmc is right Sam's parents did take all that stuff.

DLMC-Sounds like Mr. Joe Fassler fell for Sam's ploys too. Got themselves roped into the "bad" influences/ways from her family. Her mama is a good person, and her sisters.. but I'm not sure I can talk that highly about the rest of them. I applogize to him. There are good Brunner's out there, I promise. I am part of the good ones. I don't lie and cheat to get what I have or want. They are NOT ALL crooks or out for themselves. I'm just glad her lying & manipulating ways finally, FINALLY caught up to her! I really hope Joe and his family the best. God Bless you!

Thank you for that information LSW, it is so appriciated. You are the first to let us know this. We have never recieved even a SORRY about what happened to Joe.. Now he can deal with post traumatic stress in his life along with the scars to his body. I have got to wonder how the baby will heal from what he went through that day as well as from days before due to treatment to him and Joe by her. You know that she is also charged with first degree abuse to a child. If Joe would not turned the baby away from her to protect him, Joe and he would both be dead. I think she should be charged with first degree attempeted murder for Joe, not second. I feel that if someone Loads a gun and points it and fires, that counts as first degree-- attempted murder should be considered as murder because that is what she was trying to do.

Sam has a hearing or something on the 10th.

We would love to be there for Blaine--but we have no rights. And I think Joe knows she'll come back after him the second she is freed from jail--and that could be death for both Joe and Blaine this time. Joe doesn't have any idea who the father is--Samantha told him she had been raped by a Colorado State Patrolman and beaten and left to die until she was rescued by a snow truck operator. Joe believed her the whole time--but we were sure it wasn't so. We have no idea who Blaine even belongs to. I am wondering if the blood dad even knows he exists? I think our hands are tied so as to speak in this ordeal.

Samantha is a good mother!! i hate hearing people talk bad about her. And yes Joe was a good father too. And her family is good people. All You Fasslers just dont know them. And no i dont think Samantha is going to run back to joe if she gets out of jail. And if Joe was Blaines Father then he would have custody of Blaine why this whole thing is going on but thats not the case is it. so come on people stop talking bad about her, its not fair she cant defend herself right now. and you know what ony god knows what happened that day. yeah She could be lieing about what happened. And joe can also be lieing about all that happened.

No one said Joe was Blaines father--he gave him his name, gave him a home, gave him his love. Joe never did him or Samatha any harm.

What Samantha did to Joe there is no excuss for trying to take someone life and in the end God will tend to her for what she has done. I hope she spends the rest of her life behind bars for that is where she belongs so that she can not work anyone again. In the grace of God I pray that she will not be released.
