Kansas City, MO

If you listened to the news today, you'd know Americans aren't being undercut by importing foreigners but an IL prison system making "solar panels" for a Taiwan corporation. The inmates are paid between $.23 and a little over $1.00 for hourly wages. Who in the hell can compete with that?
