Voting in all new would be a good idea. But what people who are not originally from here. I for one think that a lot of new blood is needed. Not the same as usual. If you're not the 3rd or 4th generation, you probably don't owe anyone anything. Think about it.

I taked to Stacey Debord at a football game last year, hadnt seen him in a while thought I would be polite and say hi just for a minute or two, he acted like he was running for the hills and uncomfortable, hmmmm oh well, I didnt lose no sleep but he will lose a vote!

That's what I'm talking about. You need to talk to people and get involved. Get these people out and don't let them get elected again. Everyone who has lived around know the ones that are no-goods. Speak up!

What's fun is if they get convicted and get some time. I'm tired of politicians everywhere getting easy time or nothing.

I like the idea of getting someone new in office. Can anyone tell me how one would go about running for office? What would someone need to do to get started?

The way I see if it I figure about 1,000 taxpayers in Pikeville. So if the mayor gives each one back about $177 and if he leaves the country with his boyfriend then he doesn't have to go to jail. Sounds like a great deal. Everyone wins!
