I guess its been fun playing city manager for all these years. Growth was NOT her doing, with Dollywood and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park this was inevitable. Now that the city has grown and big developments are in the area it is clear that she is a moran whos time is up. She wasted millions on not researching Belle Island to see that the developer had also started another development years ago and never finished it. Look ar her parking lot off Teaster Lane, millions spent and it did not even fill up during a rod run. And lets not forget about her and her "kin" folk raising taxes on businesses causing most of them to flee to Sevierville. Just look at Belz Mall and 5 Oaks. She is doing good on getting tacky t-shirt shops opening up.

She should have been gone over 10 years ago. She is a uncaring stupid old bitch. But, I guess as long as the taxpayers are not smart enough to het her out she will stay and destroy the city. I bet an outside audit of the city books would turn up interesting facts.

I have worked for the city for several years. WHat you have heard aboout her is true. She is unstable and not capable of running the city. She treats employees, like crap. Except for her token fat lady kathy Valentine the so called human resource director. She is supposed to assist employess, but, she tries to screw them anyway she can.No wonder her husbamnd bailed out on the pig.

Before you go praising the stupid bitch you should talk to people who know what goes on in the BIG CITY...because apparently you have no clue...Is she old and senile? Hell YES!!!!....Does she need to go home? Hell Yes!!!!...Do the city employees deserve state retirement?....YES!!! but will never have it as long as shes in that position. She had it with her husband and so did the HR Director MS. Valentine (until her husband got wise and lef the crazy ole bat!!!!), but its not good enough for the workers...probably because someone hads their hand in the cookie jar down at owenbys insurance....:(.... so sad that corruption is what it is

Everybody knows she related to them, that's how she gets things done. As their retirement goes under, Ownby Insurance is making a bundle. Why do you need a middle man for retirement like a small insurance company?

I see that earlene and her kin folk are going to screw the people of Pigeon Forge. She and her gang will be putting a sewer treatment plant on the river off River Divide Road. Several of the city officials and even the old mayor, chance were over there looking at the area a few days back. The city would not have half the crap to process if they get rid of her. Of course she is, why else would a city trust the retirement of 400 people to a small insurance company? They don't need a middle man, they need to buy straight from a mutual fund company.
