Will a black or Mexican Family be unwelcomed in Gatlinburg?

I have a sister that is marryed to a mexican.Theconsidering purchasing a cabin in the Gatlinburg area as a vacation home and rental property. I am concerned that they will be making a mistake. If they purchase the cabin they plan to visit about five times a year and rent it the times that they are not using it. They are nice people but I don't think they will feel comfortable in the area due to rasism. Am I right or wrong?

people from all over the world live and work here.i don't think there is any racism.

May want to think twice about buying a overnite rental-100s of them sitting empty each nite and the rental companys are crooks.....

it dont matter if we wont them or not thay move in any way and no we dont wont them we cant take care of the ones that are here now food stamps and wik out of money now hud going busted over them yea i kno we have become the united states of mexico

Look wherever they go there will b immature people and racism I like this place its a little bit of heaven. They get all the seasons. You can't help who you fall in love with. And nobody knows how rough that part of the country is they try to come here and improve there lives. To have a better life. But if you don't realize everyone should go back yo where they came from cause America's land is actually the Indians. Not the Americans.
