Review: Cotton Creek Construction LLC

I saw some work you guys did - absolutely amazed at the mistakes. From the concrete work to hanging the doors -- none of it was done correctly.
I found out what you charged the homeowner for the terrible job you did - maybe you ought to consider changing the name of your company to
Cotton CROOK Construction -- it would fit the way you do business !!!

Don't let this bunch fool you. They don't have the work ethic you would expect. Very UNprofessional. Looked at a house these guys put up and it's got ALOT of problems. Not a good job! This company charges higher than most, but can't even put on a door jam correctly. They are tell you one thing - then do whatever they want. They DON'T care about the homeowner - just want your money!!! Charges for labor and materials - then gives terrible work and attitude and never delivers what all you've paid for.

My neighbor hired this company and they took advantage of her. I looked at the work they did and it was terrible. I couldn't believe it! She is having to pay a professional to fix all their mistakes. She is just sick about it all - she trusted Jim White - owner of Cotton Creek Construction to do a good job --especially since he was charging so much money and told her he would do a good job. She had asked for her house to be done like she wanted and he told her he would -- then every time she wasn't watching, he would change things and do it however he wanted. This should have been a really nice house - BUT, these guys messed it up so bad - I know how to hang doors - these guys can't even do that! I can't believe how they lied to her and charged her for stuff and then wouldn't do the work and wouldn't deliver stuff she already paid for. It's a shame how this guy takes advantage of people and lies so he can make money off them.

And which building company do you represent from Dixon, MO? Cotton Creek built my 2000 sq. ft. shop and I have been very happy. You guys from Dixon, MO. obviously have an agenda.

Cotton Creek Construction/Jim White out of Piedmont, OK --- Beware of this guy and his company! Uses damaged and dented materials, charges for materials and then never delivers. Refuses to provide receipts - probably gets the materials at a salvage shop. Makes LOTS of mistakes and then refuses to make it right. Can't believe all the MISTAKES this guy makes -- even changed my house plans without telling me - made rooms smaller than contract stated - refused to complete work after he had been paid -- refused to correct mistakes. TERRIBLE Company !!

I used to work for this man when I was younger. I am appauled what I am reading here! Jim White, the owner and operator, is a good, hard working man. He does do great work! Anyone would be hard pressed to have work done by a better guy.

When I worked for him we absolutely did quality work, never cutting corners, and always providing a quility product. Jim knows what he is doing. I would absolutely use him and would and do recommend him to my friends and family. He always does what he promises.

I assume those people badmouthing him do not have any sense to speak of, let alone criticize and good man such as him.

Jim White and Cotton Creek Construction Co. worked on my barn and built a beautiful fence for me . They do excellent work and have a great work ethic. I am very pleased with his work and will recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done.
