Who do you support for the Insurance Commissioner race ?

He advocates the removal of funds from any insurance company doing business with any nation that has a nuclear weapons arsenal, including Isreal.

How could anyone support Villines for anything. He was one of the five leaders of the huge California tax increase last year. Now he tries to act as if he had nothing to do with it.

supports Single Payer SB810 which would put insurance companies out of business and give us all equal access to health care.

Single payer is stupid. All we need to have more affordable health care is for the government to quit meddling in it. Its because they impose all these costs and fees that its so expensive.

He was even forced out of office in disgrace because of being busted in a corruption scandal of his own making. Democratic insurance commissioners made rates lower and companies had to disclose conditions and spell it out in black and white, no small print trickery. No f-ing repukes especially as Ins commissioner ever again. They work against consumers so the greedy big insurance lobby that payed their way into office will make more money.

Damn straight. I do remember that filthy thieving creep Quackenbush. He needed to get out and stay out. If he did what he did as a Demo the Repubs would still be reminding us. John Garmendi was the best we ever had as our commish. He gave us a break on rates and made companies comly with consumer protection laws. I wish he could have stayed on the job another 20 years. Mike Villines was one of the state leaders that raised our taxes. He is a professional politician looking for another office so he does not need to get a real job. I'm voting for Bronstein.
