since the porperty owners who are footing the bill they should be the only ones allowed to use the library's.

State funding to libraries will NOT be restored. The citizenry have demonstrated a willingness to pay for libraries separately from their other tax obligations.

I agree with Jln. I cant afford any more money. ITs not fair that every thing falls on the homeowner. Most of us are at our max as it is. When does it stop?

Pataskala, The cheapest city in Ohio! Has voted by the citizens of that town. you clowns can't pass anything that will help your city or schools.
