Why are nonunionized and non-government people indicted for crimes, but not union government employees? OHIO & COLUMBUS ARE THE MOST CORRUPT PLACES in the USA.

Of 19 employees inaccurately reporting income, only two were teachers. All others were employed at lower levels--aides, bus drivers, hourly workers and such. Investigation by an independent auditor did not uncover any intent to defraud on their part.
