can any one tell me any thing about the new bonding company in barbour county///all out bail bonds,who owns it?who runs it?where all can they bond?any information would be helpful

Is that the one that Roger Hickman is running and/or the one that is offering an unknown amount reward for information leading to the arrest of JD Moyer (aka: piece of crap)? If it is I've not heard anything good about them. Real shady operators.

all out bail bonds is not offering any reward for anyone from what i hear its aaa thats offering the reward.what is it about roger hickman that makes him a shady operator?just askin,and need answers

i hear that ben morgan is offering the reward for jd moyer not roger hickman he dont have a dog in that fight.roger hickman cant be too shady because he was certified by the court to be a bondsman in the 19th judicial district in west virginia.i think there may be some jelousy in the statement that inthknow made.what have you heard bad about this company or operator?

My bad. Didn't know who was offering the reward. As far a Hickman being shady. No I'm not jealous. As far as the court allowing him to none in the circuit. Well, I can't really answer that. What I do know is that on more than several occasions he has not kept track of people has had on bond and not had them in court when they were supposed to be there and he certainly does not have a professional bearing or any concept of courtroom decorum. I have also spoken with people who has been bonded by him and he has asked for favors from them (think about that, you'll figure it out). That has been by more than one person and I'm pretty sure that they don't travel I'm the sale scial circles. With that said I'll let you ponder that.

how long has he been in the bonding business?who has he had on bond that did not show up for court?who and what kind of favors has he ask?who has he not kept track of?what kind of professionalism does he not have.sounds to me like he has had you bonded for one reason or the other and when you did not show he put you back in jail,thats the wat that works.i think you are a pure scum bag,criminal who is afraid to say who you are or where you live because you are a convict.NOW YOU THINK ABOUT THAT

from reading the post on this subject it sounds to me like you have applied to go into the bonding business and was refused for one reason or the other.maybe you dont know what you are talking about and dont even know the people who own all out bail bonds or maybe you have an axe to grind and are afriad to confront them or maybe you have told lies about them befor to some one because you were paid to do so by some one who has an ax to grind and want to keep telling lies to try and ruin their business.i believe if you would mind your own business and watch and keep track of your own family you would have all you could handle instead of telling lies about some one else.i have known these people for a long time,worked with them been to their house on several occasions and have done a lot of things together.i have never heard them or heard of them talking about any one or saying any thing about any one in any way shape or form.and have never heard or heard of them them doing the things you are accusing them of.its very easy to accuse some one but proving the accusisations is entirly a different thing.these things you are accusing them of may end up in court as a law suit against you.

Taylor county resident, I'm sorry if I offended you because I said something negative about one of your friends. To both of you I can say that I would not post something that I do not believe to be true. If either of you would like start your own unbiased investigation with the idea of finding the truth out you may ne surprised at the results that you end up with. I have merely gave you questions to ask. The ball is in your court now. Prove me wrong.

Intheknow; it seems that you did indeed struck a nerve with people that are obvious friends of the men in charge of these two counties. Their displeasure is consistent with people who have much to lose if the truth were ever to come to the light of day. So its no wonder they wish to discredit you and I for what we both believe to be injustices in the system. Of course there is no way to truly gauge how deeply they themselves are entangled within the corrupt system. But its more than fair to say that from their posts, they are condoning illegal activities, corruption and blatant favoritism within both Barbour & Taylor Counties. So lets see what they have in store next!

Well Barbour County Resident, I was right in that you are indeed one of the officials of Barbour County and the true reason that you wish to call people like me & Intheknow names or accuse us of being criminals is surely based on your fear of the truth. Have you ever thought that the reason we don't divulge our identities is for the same reason you don't show your hand in a poker game; until the time is right anyways. Just because my name isn't out in the open doesn't mean I am not speaking the truth or doing something about it. I am not afraid to say what I feel and have done so with higher authorities, so if you are not a bit afraid as you say, then why are yo getting so upset? Why the anger that is spilling forth from your mouth? Can yo not take the heat? Your a public official and that puts you in the spotlight, under scrutiny and open for conjecture. If your that soft skinned, than you should have chosen a different field. Of course, most elected officials in law enforcement are usually thin skinned, with small man syndrome that thrive off of abusing others. If you don't believe me, look it up...its a well known fact that more than 80% of law enforcement are sadistic with narcissistic personalities. Basically a bully that if alone couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag. what all of you people do not realize is that he is also a private investigator,licensed and bonded,he also bounty hunts for other bonding companies on a regular basis and has many contacts all over the us.and to date i believe he showed me his files and he has a 99% sucess rate on recoveries,no he is not perfect,no one is.he is just trying to do a job to make it safer on the street and in the world for every one.and no he is not a show boat like the dog.he dont get any glory and dont want any glory.maybe all you people on here feel that all the criminals shold just be cut loose to do what they do.and yes hickman is stern but he is also compashonate.now are you all so sure you know him like you think you do?if you would talk to him you might learn a few things
