Clifford Moore was arrested Tuesday.

BUCKHANNON -- Upshur County sheriff's deputies arrested a man, Tuesday, on three felony charges.
Clifford Moore, 53 of Adrian, is facing one count of third degree sexual abuse and two counts of incest, deputies said.

He was arraigned in Upshur County Magistrate Court, Tuesday afternoon.

Moore is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $120,000 bond.

He used to always come into the place where I worked and he gave me the creepy jeebys. It did not surprise me one bit when I seen this on the news.

Who is his wife? Or family?

Its the Kelley`s/Moores in Adrain. He has brothers named James known as Danny, John, Dave Kelley, Glean and Keith Moore and there is a sister but i can not remember her name.
