WE HAVE A SIGNED LEASE AND THE FORMER PROPERTY MANAGERS MADE VERBAL PROMISES REGARDING THE FINILIZATION OF REPAIRS AND THEN TOOK OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! DON AND ANNETTE SMITH. POOF! GONE. THE OWNERS ARE IN CALIFORNIA AND ARE INDIFFIRENT. WTF?
