how many civil rights are violated by police officers against residents. What makes his lawsuit rate more publicity than anyone else. With all the hype about bad police officers this is just another thorn in the side of the taxpayer

Mark Jackley was a crooked Cop and he ran the police department like it was his own personal Gestapo. He was a hair-lipped Nazi Bastard and if u did not do things his way he ran u out of town or off the force!!
