I dont know the poster "hookin gal", but I used to work with a couple of individuals that live in the vacinity of 7th st where it passes under the train tracks..., there are stories,(rumors maybe) about such activity alledged by "hookin gal". say it aint so..., and hope it aint so, but it needs to be checked out. If you all remember the Cass County area TX DPS, Adcock I remember his name to be, and what he pled guilty to... RAPE of women he pulled over in isolated areas of Cass County. Several of these victims suffered this several times. One reported this continually occurred to her for several years, and no one believed. Finally afted two seperate incidences were reported about the same time, a case was opened, this adcock dude was arrested, and when it was published in the paper, more women came forward..., This scum eventually pled to multiple rape charges and is currently imprisoned in the TDCJ.

Yes you are very right about that undercover. Then that seems to be the norm with the officer's of the county of cAss and many of the DPS officer's that we are to put trust in. One is the elected Sheriff of cAss county. He isn't to be trusted. It is very much said that he was doing the same thing that cAss County area TX DPS, Adcock was committing crimes in. As has been said about Estes he is just one step ahead of the law. Could it be because he is the law? Just as with Roger Dale Gentry the child molesting untrained death investigator of cAss county. Criminals. Just as with Tilman Pile and Randy Lee the ex-DA of cAss. Just criminals in white collars. JMO! |

Aint no different than Miller County! lol Everyone running for Sheriff have troubles past and present.

I think if they are crooked then they should go to jail like all other criminals. Let the public know that no crooked cop will get by with it. It don't matter if they are dealing drugs on the side or stealing or lieing they should not have a badge. How can the community respect the department if you can't respect some of those with a badge.

They can't. It's gone far beyond that now the code of blue you know. You would be suprised how many of the men in blue are drug abusers and dealer's. Law officer's are as politician's they aren't to be trusted. It takes a criminal to become a cop. JMO! |

Glad it is only your opinion as you are not aware of all that is done inside of most departments. They are subject to random drug testing which would stop those that would try to become users and they are tested for all types of drugs, legal and illegal alike. You would be suprised to find out that most are hard working and honest but as with any profession there are a few bad apples and the bad apples must be delt with. There is no such thing as the CODE OF THE BLUE as you say. Cops do not like dishonest cops and want them delt with. For your sake I hope you change your opinion as the next time you need a cop you should not look at them as a criminal coming to your home or business but as someone who is there to help you or someone to help find your lost child.

Don't preach to me. I know many of them and they know how to mannage to pass the drug test. Don't blow smoke up my pant leg sir. As per your hat I'd lay odd's you are also one that pertakes in the plant. As to the loosing a child I know all about that. Only the county of Bowie and James Prince has been there to help with the loss of my child. Whe now have the corrupt ex-DA Randy Lee here. At least I did my part to see the white collared criminal out of office. Along with the criminal JP Tilman Pyle. I have dealt with many law officers and yes the code of blue is still here. I'm still praying that the county of cAss has what it takes to put Estes out of office. I expect Spann to be no better yet they need change. Sorry if I offend you. But I know the score in the county of Bowie and cAss. |

1 All professions have their good and bad. Lawyers, Doctors, Law Enforcement, politicians, Nurses, Teachers, public officials, corporate managers, Judges, etc. There are good law enforcment officers. I remember the adcock case. What I remember is the D.A. struck a plea bargain that netted a lenient sentence, and the Judge rejected it and threw the book at him.I think he was sentencedto like 20 years..., thats hard time for a rapist/cop in prison. He will be punished severly in those 20 years. Justice was served. In his case..., i wouldn't wanna be him. We fight corruption every day, and we realize it is a lifelong fight. Still, there is HOPE. There really is a Rule of Law in Bowie and Cass Counties. It will not forever be Carlows Law. Heep your head up. Remember, there are good cops, lawyers, and Judges. There are! |

Don't preach it to me. I have dealt with it. Randy Lee the ex-da of cAss trass county in now here and he is as low as it gets. There is very, very little true justice to the justice system. From the old day steal a dollar law man. To the ones that take today. It's a cycle of people. Please don't preach to me I went to school with many of these people we speak of.(There really is a Rule of Law in Bowie and Cass Counties. It will not forever be Carlows Law.) No that is where you are wrong it is called corruption. I can't get into the many things I know and have witnessed. From guns to drugs, beware of the local law. Word to be wize! |

1 Get over your wounded feelings and get back to reality. Everyone in the world is not crooked or corrupt. You say you can't get into the many things you know and have seen, I challange you to get into them. You want everyone to believe you well prove you are not just blowing smoke and show us that they are crooked and corrupt. And let's hear something else besides Randy Lee. |

I agree with the above post. By the way the post was judged many other posters do also. Just as the judge said about the corrupt chief of police Mike Dupree when caught trying to get his officer's to make up TWO FAKE REPORTS in the Atlanta PD. Like I said don't preach to me it was the good officer's that came forward that proved the corruption in the APD and the CCSO. You can bet they are eat plumb up with incompetent officer's in that place. Just me--and wondering, You are exactly right the people have a right to know. After forcing a JP out of office proving Estes and Boone and Gentry and Dupree and the many peon law officers in that county to be what they are. My point is don't trust. Yes there are the few. Then the few could have taken Gentry and the murdering people of the streets of cAss county and they allowed him to continue. Kind of like the neighbor next door you hope you know him. Then you find out JUST what he is. Hmmm! Wow and to think this county was stupid enough to bring the likes' of Lee into this county as a PD. He got cought in enought lies as DA of cAss county. Then people never learn. |
You are so right!!! We want names & what they did. |

You sound like you have a lot of first hand knowledge about corruption. I will have to agree with you on everything that you have posted. It is a shame to see so much corruption it is more sad to see the officers that turns a blind eye letting it go on. I am always pleased to hear of the good officers that do indeed speak up and report such acts Afterall,The three most trusted professions is Doctors,Law Enforcement and thirdly is our Ministers. It seems these days trust is a word of the past.Does anyone really know just how many times things are swept under the rug by our D.A's? It is done far more than you think. How can a D.A not carry out the law fairly and equally? What is good for one is good for all regaurdless of who you are. |

I can answer that in two words. Here in the state of Texas it is called "Selected Justice". The DA's have a political goal. In Bowie county with Locheart it is wanting that black robe. It's my understanding he is willing to do just about anything to get it. fact and opinion. It is up to the reader's to decide. LOL! |
