Low Income? It should be called No-Income housing.
This is an absolute waste of tax-payer money and will lead to the distruction of our town. The development is planned in an isolated town with no jobs, no transportation, no community services and nothing for the residents of these communities to do but get into trouble.
This is a horrible plan. These type of housing should be built in an area with jobs or next to a bus or train stop where the residents will have an opportunity to become responsible contributors.
