Anger continues to build in Minnesota over District Court Judge James A. Fabian as accused of perjury cover up. Judge James A. Fabian has been accused of covering up and rewarding perjury. Not one citizen to date has defended the accused Judge or accused perjurers.

You can twist the record, you can twist the facts, but the evidence still conclusively places you, Judge James A. Fabian as covering up perjury. Asbestos was not removed, it was patched, Mapai!! |

Obviously the asbestos was patched with Mapai.
Not removed as in the Susan Gallas, Rick Lubinski trial testimony. That is perjury. Judge is ignoring, doing nothing. THAT IS COVER UP!! I wonder why people are angry when Judge James A. Fabian continually awards relief to the perjurers?? |
