I was really shocked to read this in a town so close to where I live and about someone I know.... I work with her and I can only say I was shock that she would do this to a child... I not saying she did it or that her husband did. But I also know the children family member that tried so hard to get the children in the first place.... Here again the system has failed both the family and this little cjild who now will never be able to live a life that he could have.. I have been told that the foster parent has refuses to talk to anyone not even her own family... Please someone need to make sure this never happens again......
