Loon entered the post below on the internet regarding her now buddy and feeder. The site was for an Apartment Complex with information about the property. The loon was hunting her then enemy and posted this for all to see. It is still there;)
The Loon has not known a year without her drama and trauma leashed on innocent people. She started with Gagnon and has not missed a year since. She is not happy if she is not bullying people. She does it all from behind a computer and now, her phone.
She is harassing people that her feeder pretended to know all about who is who on Topix.
Big big mistake! She was fed BS and what she went and read, as usual, she did not comprehend.
SHe is beginning to see that her posts here are in fact being watched, so she is now saying she is being harassed here. Too little, too late:)

This women is insane, she lives in apt 131. She is either going by Nygaard or Whalen... she hides.. she has paranoid schizpprehic she has harassed me via online and offline for 7 years! I have never met her.. but I have had to obtain an RO on her in New Hampshire, case no 2005-E-249 in Hillsborough County Court in Manchester New Hampshire, she still wouldnt stop the harassment to me or my family and I filed a Federal Lawsuit against her.. case no 2005-E-211-SM but she stil wont stop, I am filing another lawsuit against her and her pal in Wisconsin. Both have told people they were both committed to mental institutions both have told people they take pychiatric medication.. Whalen is certified. We believe she is living where she is now becuase she is an outpatient one block away at the Austin Mental Institute.. She had a boyfriend for some time, who got sick of it and left, his name is Steve Mckenna... Anyone that knows this woman, whatsoever, please contact me, at MissDonovan@aol.com... she is dangerous, stay clear of her.
