Judge lops $2 million off bail for 'Tattoo Buckaroo'

Full story: Marin Independent Journal

A Petaluma tattoo artist and stuntman facing marijuana trafficking charges in Marin won a legal round Thursday when a judge reduced his bail from $2.5 million to $500,000, but it was unclear whether the defendant would be able to post the new bail.

this drug dealer gun toting animal has an enormous base of community support, they wrote.

Yes his enormous base of community support is coming from all the children that smoked his pot!!

The dumbing down of America people.

It is sick the judge would lower the bail at all. This guy was driving around with drugs for sale, had guns, a wife in the biz and friends in the biz, drug money cash, clearly hasnt paid his taxes ever, and what does the judge do? Lowers his bail. Liberalism is clearly a mental disorder!

Only liberals do this. Ever see a conservative judge reduce bail or give light sentence to a child molestor or drug dealer with guns? You have to wonder why thse people empathize with these people. My assumption: low ethics themselves.

Just a little dope dealer taking care of the sick. Jesus! These attorneys are such scum. And just who is it that calls him "Tatoo Buckaroo" his wife? And just what has he done as a stuntman? What a joke, on top of the IJ uses his professional photo instead of the mug shot.

The only case they have is for the pain killers, unless he can prove
they were prescribed to him. It's ironic how most Americans are criminals;
take an unprescribed hydrocodone from a family member--guess what--
you broke our current lovely outdated law. Hypocrites love Marin.

I would like to see our drug task force go after the really big drug pushers
in Marin. Ever wonder how some of our little boutiques continually stay
in business? I wish they would look into "the business that delivers food
from restaurants to Marin homes(I didn't mention a name so theirs no
real tip-just check the person out--he might he too smart for our task force--
Marin has a few of these type of services--you nitwits(Cops) figure out
the rest.

$800,000 is chicken feed for certain Marin residents. I'm still wondering what your

I don't understand why "guns" are such a component of this story. I haven't read one thing about the guns being illegally obtained or being outlawed assault weapons. I (legally) own 5 guns here in liberal-old Marin. And OH MY, I've inhaled a lot of the mary jane in the past. Guess I should just walk over to San Quentin and see if they have any room for me on Death Row.

I know many people (like over 20 people) who enjoy weed...and no, they aren't burn-out losers. They're productive contributing tax paying Americans who make between $80k and $200k per year and work their 40-60+ hour/week day jobs. But by the negative logic I've read here, they should be making no money. Reality check please.

Rappaport said even $500,000 in bail is unwarranted for Badenhop, whom he described as a philanthropist with an enormous base of community support.

They felt the same way about Pablo Escobar in his home town in Columbia

Stuntman?
