Review: Banyan Tree's food doesn't match its ambience

Not only was the food the absolute WORST Thai food ever, the service was slow and incompetent. We ordered soup--no taste whatsoever. The waitress never brought spoons even though we told her we needed them. After waiting a long time, my husband finally caught her eye, and she brought only 1 spoon. We couldn't believe it. Would never go again. Each dish was lousy.
