Novato woman accused of Tasering landlord in face

It may have been painful but....

I suppose now the property owners can evict her for using the taser on one of them. Good riddance.

Sounds like someone was just a little too paranoid about Her crop.

I thought Make my Day1 had a good point. The guy could have said it felt like getting whacked upside the head with a metal pole. After a night of heavy drinking. With Loni Anderson. That would have been more descriptive.

That is outrageous! She should spend AT LEAST three years in prison, if not more. This girl is nothing but bad news.

By law, the landlord needed to notify the renter of his entry on to the property 24 hours prior.

At first reading, I figured the tenant was just another druggie/boozer loser who ought to be in a locked psych ward.

Then, I read she zapped a greedy real estate broker who had no legal business being on the property unless the lease was expiring & she had invited him for an early inspection to help wind the contract down and get the deposit refund sooner.

I figure its a stalemate. Everyone knows real estate brokers lie.
