oh my doom and gloom and end of world
typical liberal response anytime cutting any government spending or program is involved
excuse me i don't want to pay higher taxes to subsidize your going to a park
if i choose myself i am willing to pay more to use the facilities as should you for yourself

its not a welfare entitlement
pay for your own use!
