Why fix what was not broken!!!!
Should have used the money for the schools that are deteriorating,dated and lack adequate lunch rooms, gyms (equipment), auditoriums and so much more. The school enrollment will never increase until the schools are brought up to standards that parents expect and want for their children.
Where is the football field for the high school? Oh, it is at the elementary school.Get it together Washington!
