Has anyone else noticed an increase in the little thugs on dirt bikes? I saw a pack of 30-50 of them riding through the Hillendale area yesterday.

I realize Baltimore City PD does nothing to the little hoodlums on bikes in the city but will County Police do anything to these thugs or are their hands tied as well?

I have seen an increase in dirtbikes in my area as well. Rumor has it that police can not chase them because it poses a danger to civilians.
