It seems like someone dropped the ball on this. Why Did TPD have this woman doing some work for them and not have someone on her at all times. Their stupidity cost this woman her life. And I think someone should be held accountable for it.

I swear to you that as long as i am breathing on this earth I will make sure that someone is held accountable for this. She was my friend and i loved her so much
