Ok, what is wrong with this picture? Friend drives car while baby's mother is shooting up heroin - WITH THE BABY IN THE CAR?? This friend should be ashamed of herself for even allowing this to take place and therefore, she should be charged as well because she condoned the action eventhough the article states that Firman was not charged. Is this not considered Child Endangerment?

Thank God Cori Lynn Wagner did not get behind the wheel of the car.

Why was Firman not charged with anything? She obviously saw no issue with doing as asked, and pulling into an Exxon parking lot to let a woman- who she knew for a fact was high- drive the car with a 6 month old child in it. I don't think either of them should get off with a slap on the wrist.

Just think people these are the kind of people that will be taking care of us in a nurseing home one day when we get old....

The cop should have just left her lay there in the parking lot till she was dead. Instead we will be paying for this low life piece of s**t for the rest of her worthless life. Get ready taxpayers, she is going to cost us alot! Hospital, rehab, jail, court, ect, ect, ect all payed for by our tax money.

And some middle class person that got laid-off from his/her job that can't afford basic healthcare or medicine that they need.... Lets keep the drug addicts alive... Gotta love this country!

As soon as she says "I promise to clean up my act" they'll give the kid back to her.

What can we do? It is going to be the same when taxpayers pay for senior living because social security pays nothing because there is a low amount of employed workers and under the table workers.

Yes she is a moron but who would want that on their conscience.... leaving a young woman to die. Everyone needs help eventually. Maybe they can make her repay the costs with community service.... that is if she ever sobers up.

I agree with Child Endangerment! WTF is wrong with these people? So, the friend just pulls the car over to let Wagner drive, after she just watched her shoot up. What kind of friend is Firman? If she were a real friend, the first thing she should have done was get that innocent baby away from the junkie!!!!!!!!!!

This is one example of millions, when you keep our boarders wide open for all the south American drug traders to supply and kill our people. When we attack local drug houses and dealers it is like treating a small cut on the finger, mean time the gash on the foot (south America, central America, Mexico) are festering and pumping poison through out the body and it isn't being treated. The President is going to address the problem starting in may by allowing the illegals to become citizens.
