Yes you are right again, there are all kinds of places where a person can contribute their time. Unfortunately in Baldwin County (especially the north end) the recipients of the contributions far outnumber the contributors. Then you have the apathy factor. This will continue as long as the school board continues to make Baldwin County High School the Vigor of Baldwin County.
