Another death thanks to another drunk.I think all cars, trucks should be equiped with breath meters because drunks will never learn not to get behind the wheel when they've been drinking.Thoughts and prayers with this family.

Let's propose a new law, when a drunk driver is behind the wheel, in actual physical of a vehicle, impound and sell the vehicle at auction and give the money to the victim or victim's family. The so called laws now; suspended license and such are no more than a slight slap on the wrist and (Now you do better crap) is no deterant to breaking the law. Most repeat drunk drivers have suspended licenses anyway and no insurance. Can you actually buy and tag a vehicle without a license and insurance? Sell the damn cars, they may rethink their premeditated stupidity of driving under the influence.I have NO pity for a drunk driver.

You killed a teenager because you were drunk, stupid, in a hurry!!!! You A** wipe and that's the nice version!!! I feel for the family of the teenagers....I hope one of their "Uncles" gets a hold of the driver who ran them off the road. That poor sister who was driving....that A**hole made her live with that for the rest of her life....all because he needed to show off in front of his 30 something friends???

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I am sick and tired of drunk drivers. Why can't someone do something!!!! Laws are not worth the paper they are written on. I agree with Thumper, impound and sell their vehicles and give the money to the victim or victim's family. Then send the sob to a deserted island. I just pray a drunk driver never harms anyone in my family and I will leave it there.

You don't say if the DUI driver at fault was taken into custody, or arrested or charged with anything..are we just to assume he was? Inept reporting.

What do you want to bet the drunk driver has been arrested over and over again for DUI. A very common problem but there aren't enough jail cells to keep people like that incarcerated for any length of time. When they finally kill someone, then they only seem to get five or ten years.

What??? The driver who was intoxicated was treated and released??? How stuipd is that? He caused an accident, and someone died as a result of his drinking and driving, and they just treat him for his injuries and let him go?

It is sad that lives are lost due to ignorance , my thoughts and prayers go out to the family that lost loved ones. I understand the drunk driver also died in this accident, is that correct?

Sara was my neice and yes our family is grieving tremendously over this, i cannot understand how this man could get into a car and drive knowing the possible consequences and to top it off he had two passengers that got into that vehicle with him knowing he was intoxicated, what the hell is wrong with these people, our beautiful sara was taken away from us because 3 people decided to take the "fun" with them onto the road endangering lives of others and now not only did we lose a neice , a sister, granddaughter, daughter, cousin and friend her only sister will have to live with this tragedy for the rest of her life we can mourn and grieve for saras passing but that will never take away the tragic what ifs misty will endure please all keep our family in your thoughts and prayers and please if you are drinking please i beg you do not get into a vehicle you will change someones lives forever.
~sara, we love you and we will always love you forever in our hearts.. RIP our beautiful angel

What a horrible thing to see. My heart goes out to the family. How many are we going to lose due to alcohol?? It's a shame that some will never learn. I hope that man thinks about the precious life he took every single day. What a loser..

How was it Hughes was treated and released, hello I hope that is a misprint because
he should have been taken into custody and a blood alcohol test done and spent the night in jail. Do they not do that anymore? Then wreck less driving and the big one a fatality of this young woman and it is Hughes fault she is dead. I can't stand to read of any young person losing their life but to lose a young life like this to some idiot makes it even harder to take. May God comfort those involved in this awful tragedy.
Hughes hurt one innocent person, killed the other innocent person with his stupidity
and walked away, that's setting a fine example to all those dumb on the road now isn't it?

Be careful if you're supposed to be saving money, because it's likely to fly through your fingers in no time at all today. You're open to all sorts of delicious impulses now, such as splashing out your hard- earned cash on little treats or big purchases. Indulgence is the key here, and you'll also want to push the boat out if you're going to a restaurant for a meal. You'll work your way through the menu, regardless of the cost.
