Review: Valley Of The Sun Pediatrics

This place is SCAM! Horrible management! We took our daughter there right after she was born as scheduled. When we were leaving there her assistant came in and told us to SCHEDULE two appointments and asked what time works best. We told her, and came in as scheduled. Come to find out that the Dr. scheduled a sick visit and coded it as a sick visit, which means we have to pay out of pocket!!! We never told her she was sick!!! She got a clean bill of health our FIRST visit from the Dr.!! Why would she need a sick visit 2 days later!! This is a new practice trying to deepen their pockets and finance a new business at their patience expense!! HORRIBLE!! Stay AWAY!

My husband is a physician and has very high expectations and this practice exceeded all of them for us. We have a large (4 kids) family and Dr Hineman will let us bring them in at the same time which we never were able to do before. She also does well exams and physicals on the weekends which is helpful if you have school-aged children. We had a baby recently and were so impressed that she called to check on us over the weekend when we were having some breastfeeding problems. I have never had a doctor do that before. I highly recommend Valley of the sun pediatrics to all of our friends and neighbors!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful office. My children love Dr Hineman and Dr Mody. We enjoy seeing the friendly staff at the front desk and love not feeling rushed when we go to the doctor’s office anymore. We have had a good experience with the billing department when we had a question about our insurance. Most of all the providers at this office don’t miss anything that other offices have. They are caring and listen to our concerns. Our children don’t cry anymore when they know we are going to the doctors office. We highly recommend Valley of the sun pediatrics!
