Why do Orlando's most-dangerous intersections lack cameras?

The city of Orlando hasn't hesitated to install cameras to catch drivers who run red lights. Yet the evidence and proof that they increase safety, reduce vehicle collisions, injuries and fatalities, still has the jury out. Perhaps as some have speculated, they do little more than generate revenue. Now those are some facts that need to be as closely scrutinized as the pictures.

At least the lead in story touched upon what the facts of the situation really have borne out, since the traffic cams were installed. There are still vehicles being damaged, people getting hurt, lives being lost and the cameras haven;t stopped any of these, except generate revenue for the city. The facts are the facts!
