I'm a very good friend of Maghen's and I just want to say that this is all a bunch of bull. I've known her for many years now and she would never do a thing like this. maghen is a funny girl, always joking around. she keeps everyone around her constantly laughing. This "offer" for her child was nothing but a joke popped up in conversation. People have made comments about my child being cute, i've made the comment (wanna trade?) but I don't mean it...and neither did Maghen. It makes me so sick, what this world has turned into. You can joke with people, everyone takes everything so serious. Granted, this type of thing may not be the best topic to joke with a stranger about, but it's a little too out there for someone to actually believe. common now...really...$30? what kind of idiot is really gonna believe she was serious. My point is, I hate it how these stories come out in ways that they make peoples minds up for them. I know what kind of people Maghen & Robert are and they love that child more than anything (she is a blessing), they would never seriously do something like that. No matter what all the news casters and articles say, they are good people and i'll stand by them through all of this.
