This dirtbag's ex wife gave an eye opening account of the "wolf in sheep's clothing". According to her. Sculley is a wolf i n sheep's clothing who presents himself as a "man of god", while stealing and cheating his way through life. Watch out for him. He sells cars!!

Darren Sculley is a steaming pile of shit who sells defective cars on craiglist without the required dealers license and behind his boss, Mehdi's back. Avoid this con man at all cost. If he owes you money, you can find him on Craigslist. Just keep calling the cheap, junky cars and you'll catch up with him eventually. When you do, help society and put him out of our misery.

Sham on all of you! Darren Scully is a wonderful man who may have had a past background of addiction but he is truly a man of God now. He has helped both myself and my husband find God and Sobriety. He took hours of his time being there for my husbands recovery and offered a TRUE friendship to both of us. Him and his wife spend hours at our home sharing the bible with us and his story, as we call in the world of recovery his "testimony" Yes, he may have had thing in his past that are not the greatest but have any of you ever made a mistake? People are human and not perfect. The fact that he is out in the world trying to bring people to Christ after the life he had lived shows courage, strength and the true hand of Jesus. Anyone here writing something negative about Darren Scully or anyone else should take the LOG out his own eye before sharing with the world about the speck in his.
I am proud to call myself a friend of Darren and his wife, they are two very wonderful people who not only are very active in their church but truly take the timeout of their lives to help others and make a idfference in this world!

I agree with you wholeheartedly. You are correct in stating that I do not know Darren very well at all and I certainly have not known him for very long either. However I do see him at church every Sunday and know him and his new wife are VERY active in church and in many of the community outreach programs that my church partakes in. I certainly never claimed he was a prophet, if he was I sure would have a lot of questions to ask him for sure!=) lol
The only thing I was stating was that he has been very kind to myself and to my soon to be ex-husband. They share a very similar history and background and he attempted to help my husband with his recovery. I certainly did not mean to offend anyone, I was simply stating that people can and are capable of change if they desire it in their lives. Darren was good to me and I hope that the changes he has made in his life are real and true for the sake of everyone involved. Thank you and have a wonderful Holiday!

I dont know this man but I can relate to what is said about him. Some years ago I was a dirt bag as in alchoholic...drug addict and other very unmentionable things. I amm a new man today thanks be to God. Not perfect and I still make mistakes but I have peace and joy.

To the woman who goes to church with this guy-I think what some of the other people were refering to was your statement that these people should not be making these statements and they should take the log out of their eye, which sounds as if you are criticizing their anger towards this person. It sounds as if some of them know him much better than you and while I agree that people should be given a chance until proven wrong-sound like this guy did many bad things and people don't trust him.
Many people use religion as a weapon and tool to hide behind and prudence is in order when you are dealing with people with questionable character. I think that some of the comments are meant to warn others-especially the ex wife which doesn't sound like bitterness, just a warning to others. If he is married now and is taking care of his wife and trying to help others, that is good . Just keep an open mind-he could be good or bad. God give you wisdom and be careful!

I do know that can be the case that people can hide behind God and manipulate others with that. As I stated in my earlier post, I didn't know him pre-church, but I see him in church and around town with people in recovery working very hard at trying to teach others not to take the path that he has. I know just from hearing him share that his desire is to reach out and offer love, friendship and hope to the addict who still suffers. To me no matter what he did in the past, what he is presently doing is what counts. I myself have not always been the most perfect Christian, in fact I still am not but I do the best I can every day and there was a day not too far away that I can remember not being or doing the most Christian things and I hurt people I loved very deeply through bad choices that I made. The only thing I could do after those bad choices was woman-up and make amends to the people I hurt, be a better person and share my past with others so as to help them to possibly avoid any bad choices I did make. To the people judging Darren for his past. When people hurt others, time heals all wounds, sometimes quickly sometimes slowly, also words of regret and apology can make a small or large difference, but also changed actions speak louder than any words, and amount of time and along with an apology those actions can make the difference that those other things cannot. I hope that in time the anger and hurt emotions that those who have been hurt by his actions can be healed through an amends to those he did hurt, not only through an amends but that his present actions, the ones I have been so blessed to see can change the hearts of those who's lives have been affected by his past. Another note to those angered or hurt. I have found in my life that my anger and hatred for people that caused me pain in my own life can hold a great heaviness in my own heart. I have found that carrying around all those negative emotions can be harder a weight than is worth carrying. I hope and pray that his ex-wife and whoever else has feelings about this person can find the peace that they so desperately need for their own healing.

Sculley is violating the Florida Statutes pertaining to auto dealers license by selling more than 3 vehicles per year privately. Scummey is selling multiple cars on craiglist monthly and he does not possess the required dealers license and cannot obtain one in his name due to his record. Not only is he violating the law, he is stealing money from the state by cheating us out of the sales tax. Shame on you Scummey! This violation is punishable by up to 1 year in jail. We know who Darren Scummey is. The Florida DMV and Department of Revenue have been notified. Talking out of one side of his mouth while stealing sounds like hyprocrisy to me. Sculley is SCUMMY!!!!!!

Im sure Darren is doing lots of good for the people in his church. But he has a precious 6 year old little boy that he has all but kicked to the curb. He is so involved with his church and new life that he no longer has the time for his own flesh and blood. Im sure a lot of the people he now calls friends and goes to church with don't even realize he has such a young child. For the ones who do, including his wife, i can assure you they are being led to believe that the child's mother is a bitch who doesn't allow him his visitation to hide the fact that he is really just a deadbeat dad. Darren may have some people convienced he has changed, but I haven't seen any change. All Ive seen is a little boy who has been abandoned by his father because his new life, new wife, and new church are all that matter to him now. How can anyone who calls himself a Christian and who prays for and ministers to others neglect their own blood. I think Dana needs to take a closer look at this man. He hides behind religion to cover up his sins, and not all of them are in his past.

Darin is not behaving any differently than he ever has. Darin's "ministering" is all about HIM! It gives him a chance to talk about himself and he loves to talk about himself. He is one of those people who cannot have a conversation with another person because the subject always revolves back to Darin Sculley! He doesn't have time for David because he is too busy putting the "con" on. If his church members think that ministering to addicts makes up for abandoning your flesh and blood, they are warped and deserve him. Once he gets intrenched enough in his new church and family he will strike. Have pity on the people that are in his sights as his next victims.
Samantha, consider yourself lucky that this monster has a limited effect on David's life. Otherwise, David might end up in prison like Austin. To the "My Father's Vineyard" congregation, you need to look closely at his Wolf in Sheep's Clothing! Is this "mighty man of god" fufilling his duties as a father and has he made good on all of the evil that he has purpetrated in the past? Spending time with people that have substance abuse problems doesn't make up for lack of responsibility as a parent. Don't believe what he tells you about his ex wife Samantha - she is a good woman trying to rebuild her life and raise her son after being married to an evil man and not having a REAL husband and father. Darren is the one limiting his time with David, not Samantha. And his new wife will find out in due time that Darin is not what he pretends to be. God help you
