I agree- wonderful food, even greater people. You wont find hospitality like this in any other restaurant, ANYWHERE.

The only downfall is that they are SO full all the time- you may have to wait a bit.

OK so the long wait times were expected when they were getting started, but its been a year now and they are still repeatedly making mistakes and their customer service was horrible. We called in our order, they gave us a specific time for pickup, and we waited over 1/2 hour after that, only to discover that the order was wrong. They are batting about .500 when it comes to getting it right, and they have never even been close on pickup time or delivery. This is the second time we have invited company over and ended up having to order from somewhere else before it was done. We love the food, but I can't recommend them to anyone anymore, nor will they ever have my family as a customer again. Its sad, but enough is enough.

To truthmaker; I'm sure this has happen to you. I can say it's happen to me too, but not from Captain Shorty's. I do want to say give them one more chance. In my life time I have learn to give 3 tries. Usually the 3rd time is a charm.
I enjoy Captain Shorty's food and their service.
Back durning the fall I was always in Searsport with at least 7 to 10 kids, Patty would always welcome us. She has a heart of gold and I believe she is doing a great job. I would have to agree with foodie, She needs more space.
