What a mediocre story. What is Bentleyville? A good news story answers who, what, where, why, and sometimes how. This story falls far short of answering those points.

Bentlyville is the company that puts up and/or the name of the huge christmas display on the bayfront area grounds.

IF displays of anything opposed by anyone isn't accepted on public property then NOTHING, no protests or demonstrations, should be allowed on public property. Public property includes public streets, schools, lakes, state parks and forests, air ports, LRT property, historical property, Government buildings, etc.

Imagine that...

In Richmond Va it's common for preachers to set up shop on a street corner spouting their message. I'm sure there are other cities this occurs in. It becomes part of their culture. Don't like it don't listen. Free Country.

I suspect your example MIGHT be addressed as harrassment IF conflict results and a restraining order issued. Much like the reverse of the situation.

CRASSUS wrote: What's up with Duluth? Is this city overrun with liberal nut jobs? YES, it IS. I wouldn't live there if my rent/house payment was ZERO, and my utility bills were always paid in FULL by the taxpayers. Half the city is inhabited by NUT JOBS, losers, dopers, tree-hugging, fur-hatin' vegans who can't add 2 plus 2. I do feel sorry for the other half who live there though. They deserve BETTER.
