In life, every action has a reaction. Megan and her friends have acted insuch a manner that has had negative reactions: drug and alcohol abuse, lack of education/motivation, lack of respect for societal rules, non-existent parenting skills etc. But this time, Megan's miscreant behavior resulted in the loss of a beautiful soul. She now needs to face the consequences like an adult, make amends with her higher power and make restitution for her wreckless lifestyle. We can only go forward, not back. Making excuses for her behavior is enabling and needs to stop. Yup. Exactly!

Megan has no real friends. She is a mess. She has two children she lost custody of. The father of her children has relatives, all trying to railroad her and prove she is unfit, and they have been for quite a while. The McCarty's have a lot to do with what will happen next. Is she that bad? I have to say that maybe Megan does need some help at this point. Jail will make her clean up, but I have to wonder about the other side. It sounds like white trash vs. white trash.

I'm speculating here but how hard would it be to prove "unfit" given the the night proceeding this tragedy was textbook unfit mothering behavior. As far as railroading? This young lady appears to be a train wreck in motion by her own doing.....remember, we all make our choices in adulthood..... I hope whoever has her children is stable, nurturing, and cognizant of genetic traits.....
